DESCRIPTION
The Red Savina pepper, commonly called just Habanero, has a fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe apricots. In the powder version it also acquires floral, black tea and spicy notes similar to coriander seeds. It finds its ideal use in stewed fish preparations, in marinating meats and in sauces.
