Erotico
The scent of the Erotico, variety of the species Capsicum baccatum, it’s characterized by the intense fruity/vegetal with floral touches that remind of orange blossoms or bitter orange peels.
It enhances perfectly the flavour of goat and sheep cheese and it pairs well with molluscs and crustacean based dishes or carpaccio. It can also go with white meats, boiled beef, fish and vegetable stews, quiches, and strawberry sorbet.

This chilli pepper has earned itself the name Erotico (Erotic) thanks to its oblong shape, as the part opposite the petiole resembles a phallus. When ripe, the colouration of the chilli is gold with some shades tending to orange.
The spiciness level doesn’t go above 3000 SHU.

Particular low temperature techniques of humidity extraction have been employed for the production of this powder, making it possible to keep unaltered the original scent of the chilli pepper.

Jalapeño
The fresh fruit of Jalapeño is clearly fruity and calls to mind that of green apples and vegetables, typical of peperone.

Naga Morich
The Naga Morich is one of the hottest chili peppers in the world. Its spiciness is not "extreme", but rather "high", managing to exceed even 1,000,000 SHU.
In Sanskrit "naga" means "cobra" and, like the bite of that snake, the refined and complex burning that develops in the mouth is not felt immediately, but only after 5 to 7 seconds.
It has a herbaceous and fruity scent reminiscent of green lemon peel and tropical woods. The spicy burning feeling in the mouth is delayed (comes after a few seconds) and is accompanied by moderate vegetal notes and sweet hints of butter.
Perfect to enhance dishes with complex flavors, such as slow-cooked roasted meat and meaty sauces. Ideal in exotic sauces.

The Naga Morich is native to a vast region on the slopes of the Himalayas, between the Indian Assam and Bangladesh.

The berry is conical in shape, roundish at the end, up to 4cm long by 2cm wide. The color of the ripe fruit is a bright crimson red.

Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Yellow
The scent of Trinitad Scorpion Moruga Yellow powder recalls sweet notes of prune, cocoa tobacco and vanilla with reminiscences of pickled olives. It’s Perfect to prepare exotic sauces that accompany mixed salads with fruit, roast fish, boiled chicken, pasta and cold couscous. (see the recipe for "mango sauce" below)

The Trinitad Scorpion Moruga Yellow is native to the Moruga district of the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Its colour is of an intense yellow, and it’s roundish in shape with a small tail at the base that reminds that of a scorpion. It’s considered one of the top five hottest chili peppers in the world. In fact, it reaches a considerable degree of spiciness for all true fans of spices: 2.000.000 SHU.
