INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
140g 00 flour
2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 sachet of instant yeast for the preparation of savory pies
100g smoked provola
100g cooked ham
2 teaspoons of Chili secret - chilli pepper - turmeric - pepper.

PROCESSING

Work the eggs with the oil and water in a bowl with a hand whisk
add the flour a little at a time, the two teaspoons of secret chili, the yeast for savory pies, add the cheese cut into small pieces and the ham into small pieces, mixing well, finally work the dough with a wooden spoon.

Pour the mixture into the Muffin terrines if you want to sprinkle with breadcrumbs, bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
