BAKED FRITTATA WITH CHEESE AND TOMATOES

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Habanero Chocolate BIO powder
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix of cheeses of your choice)
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for greasing the baking dish
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and add salt, pepper, and the Habanero Chocolate BIO powder. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the grated cheese to the egg mixture and stir to distribute it evenly.
  4. Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish, then arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on the surface.
  5. Bake the frittata in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the frittata is puffed up and cooked through in the center.
  6. Once cooked, remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting it into wedges and serving.
