CHOCOLATE AND CHILLI, COOCKED IN WINE

Melt 200g of dark chocolate together with red wine ina saucepan over very low heat. Add 200g of brown sugar and 180g of soy butter. Mix by cooking for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and add ¼ teaspoon of Habanero Chocolate chilli pepper Powder and mix well.
Set up 4 dessert bowls by combining crunchy biscuits on the bottom, then pour the hot chocolate sauce into and cover each one with plastic wrap. Leave to rest for 4 hours in the fridge.
If ypu like to give a pinch of extravagance to your dessert, you can place small species of hazelnut or almond on the top or, as option, a flake of cream.
