SWEET PANZANELLA WITH FRUIT AND BANANA PEPPER

Have you ever tried sweet panzanella? Sweet and original, you can enjoy it as a dessert, breakfast, or snack:

Sweet Panzanella with Fruit and Banana Pepper

Ingredients:
500g stale bread, preferably wood-fired
1kg oranges
250g strawberries
1 peach
2 kiwis
Fresh basil or mint leaves
1 lemon
60g granulated sugar or cane sugar
A sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder for decoration
1 tablespoon of Organic Banana Pepper Powder - No. 2

Instructions:
  1. Start by juicing the oranges to obtain fresh juice.
  2. Soften the wood-fired bread by soaking it in cold water if necessary.
  3. Slice the fruit (oranges, strawberries, peach, kiwis) into slices or uniform cubes.
  4. Squeeze the bread well and crumble it into a large bowl.
  5. Add the sliced fruit and chopped basil or mint leaves to the crumbled bread.
  6. Season everything with lemon zest and/or juice, then sweeten to taste and add the Organic Banana Pepper Powder - No. 2.
  7. Let the panzanella rest in the refrigerator before serving.
  8. Before serving, garnish the panzanella with a light sprinkle of cocoa or cinnamon for an extra touch of flavor.
