Ingredients for 4 people:
1.5 kg Pork Ribs
Habanero Red n°7
Peperita Powder (quantity according to personal taste)
Salt to taste
3 glasses of Extra Dry Prosecco
8/10 Mojito Mint Leaves
5 grams of Pink Peppercorns
1 Lime

Preparation:
  1. Take an ovenproof dish and place the pork rib meat inside.
  2. Soak the pork ribs with prosecco and the juice of one lime.
  3. Add salt and Habanero Red powder, distributing them evenly over the ribs.
  4. Chop the Mojito mint leaves, making sure they are not too fine, and add them to the marinade along with the pink peppercorns.
  5. Let the ribs marinate in the mixture for 6/8 hours, turning them occasionally to ensure even marination. Cooking: For oven cooking, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and cook the ribs for about an hour and a half, or until they are tender and juicy. If you prefer grilling on the barbecue, cook the ribs for 35/40 minutes, turning them occasionally and ensuring they are evenly cooked on both sides.
