ROAST PORK WITH ORANGE SAUCE

Ingredients:
150 grams of pork loin
50 milliliters of water
50 milliliters of cooking cream
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of Organic Seasoning with 11 Aromatic Herbs and Spices
Pepper to taste
Orange juice to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Add water to a baking dish. Place the pork loin inside, along with peppercorns and Organic Seasoning with 11 Aromatic Herbs and Spices. Cover the baking dish with foil and roast for 3 hours. Remove the pork from the oven and reserve the cooking juices. Increase the oven temperature to 220°C (428°F). Mix together olive oil, garlic, and black pepper, then pour the mixture over the pork loin. Place the pork back in the oven and roast for another 20 minutes. Add the cooking cream and orange juice, then cook for another 10 minutes. Slice the pork loin and serve.
