PANINO WITH GRILLED CHICKEN AND ZUCCHINI

A delicious and quick option to use up leftover chicken breast when time is tight. Perfect for a quick lunch or a healthy snack, this recipe offers a balanced mix of taste and practicality. Also great for an outdoor picnic.

Ingredients: 200 g of bread (baguette type), 350 g of cooked chicken breast, 100 g of mixed salad, 2 zucchinis, 1 lemon, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper, Chili paste Erotico 3

Procedure:
  1. If the chicken breast is not already seasoned, season it with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Wash the mixed salad and set aside.
  3. Wash the zucchinis and cut them into thin slices. Grill them on a hot grill from both sides until lightly striped.
  4. Take two slices of bread and fill them with mixed salad.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Continue filling the sandwich with grilled zucchini slices, seasoned chicken breast strips, and, if desired, a teaspoon of chili paste for a spicy touch.
  7. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
