SAUTÉED BROAD BEAN PODS

Don't throw away the pods; you can reuse them for this delicious little recipe.

Ingredients: 800g of broad bean pods (only the shells) 2 cloves of garlic Extra virgin olive oil Aromatic herbs Salt Organic Jalapeño Powder - No.5 Procedure:
  1. Clean and wash the pods, then cut them into diamonds.
  2. Blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer them to cold water.
  3. Meanwhile, in a pan, sauté the chopped garlic cloves in olive oil.
  4. Add the broad bean pods to the pan and sauté them for a few minutes.
  5. Adjust the salt and, if necessary, add a little vegetable broth or water to complete the cooking.
