Instructions
Spaghetti all'arrabbiata is a basic recipe of the Italian culinary tradition. With a few simple ingredients you can create a delicious and tasty dish. A beloved recipe among friends or for a spaghetti dinner with friends. The chili pepper inside the dish should make the face red, a typical expression of arrabiatura, from which it takes its name.

Method
Take a pan and fry the parsley, the crushed garlic and cook until the garlic is browned. Boil the peeled tomatoes and pass them through a food mill. Add them to the sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes over high heat. To flavor the sauce, add the parsley, salt and a teaspoon of sugar to lower the acidity. While the sauce is cooking, drop the spaghetti into boiling water with plenty of salt. Drain the pasta al dente and toss with the sauce.
