Flavored butter proves to be a valuable ally in the kitchen, adding a touch of flavor without complications to boiled or grilled meats and fish. This culinary delight is a widespread tradition in Central European gastronomy, where it is rare to find a main dish without its fragrant and herb-rich accompaniment, both in France and Germany. The combinations of herbs are endless, allowing your creativity to express itself freely according to your tastes, always guaranteeing an excellent result. Here's a delicious recipe to create your flavored butter to use with meat:

Ingredients: 250 g of butter 15 g of shallot 1 teaspoon of Peperita 11 Herbs (you can choose the classic variant, Habanero for a spicy touch, or Carolina Reaper for an extreme spiciness)

Instructions:
  1. Start by putting 50 g of butter in a pan and gently melt it over low heat.
  2. Add the finely chopped shallot and let it soften over very low heat for about 10 minutes, being careful not to let it take on color.
  3. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
  4. Put the remaining butter at room temperature in a bowl and add the softened shallot and the chosen teaspoon of Peperita 11 Herbs.
  5. Mix the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Prepare a sheet of parchment paper and pour the mixture into the center, forming a cylinder.
  7. Wrap the butter in parchment paper, closing it like a candy.
  8. Put the flavored butter in the refrigerator and let it firm up for at least 2-3 hours. Once ready, your flavored butter will be perfect for seasoning meats and fish, giving them a special touch of aromatic herbs and, if desired, a light spicy touch.
